Basic Pork Meatballs

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 22 minutes

There are so many pork recipes that I’ve come up with just based on some classic recipes that feature pork. From delicious dishes like a pork roast with apples or sweet and sour pork or poutine with pulled pork (ok that might be a Minnesota thing but it’s super good and a classic here), there are so many recipes where pork is the star so why not make that pork a meatball!
Pork meatballs are a great thing to bring along to events where you’d like to share food. They can sit and simmer in a crockpot and keep their integrity. They are a delicious thing to share and at on this site, you’ll find all of my creative ways to make pork meatballs. It’s a great ground meat to work with because it holds up as well as beef does when you make it into meatballs. It’s also a little milder meat so it’s great for recipes where you really want the other ingredients or sauces to be the star. Since it is a little milder it also pairs well with a wide variety of ingredients.
