Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all your ingredients in a bowl, ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, blueberries, and wild rice. Season to taste with pepper.
Take a scoop of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. You'll need enough to wrap the meat mixture around the block of cheddar cheese.
Place one cube of cheddar cheese in the middle of the meat mixture and gently wrap the meat around the cheese, making sure it completely covers the cheese.
Place your meatballs on a greased baking sheet and place them in the oven. Bake for 22 mins.
Once they have finished baking you can place them on a paper towel for a minute to remove the excess grease.
You can serve these as they are with toothpicks, with a nice side salad or your favorite side dish. You can also keep them warm in a crockpot if traveling with these meatballs.
