    When I made these meatballs I knew that they would be a hit. The meat is lightly seasoned so that the full flavors of the spinach artichoke dip really shine! There was a slight modification to the dip where I used double the sour cream instead of adding mayo to help keep the melty dip a little thicker which helps is stay inside the meatball while cooking.
