Ingredients

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs dry parsley
  • 1 tbs dry thyme
  • 1 tbs dry rosemary
  • 1 tbs dry sage
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste

For the Gravy

  • 2 cups turkey or chicken broth
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 2 tbs butter

Instructions

For the Meatballs

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a bowl combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Season to taste salt and pepper.
  • Take the meat mixture and flatten in the palm of your hand. 
  • Take one of the frozen mashed potato pucks and place it in the middle of the flattened meat mixture in the middle of your hand.
  • Wrap the meat mixture around the frozen mashed potato puck and gently roll it in your hand to form a ball.
  • Place the meatballs on a greased and/or tin foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 23 minutes.
